Whereas health and safety professionals of the National Institute for Farm Safety, Inc. have a public responsibility to serve as exemplars and educators;

Be it therefore resolved...

...that we as an organization should prohibit smoking in official meetings of the National Institute for Farm Safety, excluding luncheons, banquets, and purely social functions.
