"I was already familiar with a lot of topics discussed. The session about “Thermal Processing Calculations and their Application in Process Design” was the most informative. The conditions at which we process our products makes much more sense and to know how these conditions were determined."
"How important HACCP and recall procedures should be put in place before you actually need them. No-one likes paper work but it is something that definitely needs followed."
