Andrea
Maurer is an Animal Sciences major from Enon, OH.
Andrea has been active in the Saddle & Sirlion Club. Andrea
was also very active in 4-H and FFA during high school and
sereved as a state FFA officer. This past summer Andrea
completed and internshi with the Clark County Fairgrounds
where she served as the Public Relations Coordinator.
Family
Environment: If you are worried about the size of
Ohio State have no fear! The College of Food, Agricultural,
and Environemntal Sciences is a close community were students
with common interests really get to know eachother.
Advice
for Freshmen: Really get invovled in one to start.
Trying to get in too many clubs can be stressful. After you're
comfortable, then get into more organizations.
Why
OSU: OSU offers an amazing opportuintiy to meet tons
of people from different backgrounds. Becasue it is so diverse,
OSU offers its students a chance to learn more about culture
outside of the classroom.
