• We are glad that Bo get a nice position in China. Bo, we are missing and will miss you so much. Thank you for your hard work in the lab (Bo's farewell party).

• Kris Krasnosky organized another successful Mother's day lunch for the Feed World Research Project on May 14. Rosie, Chat, Zhaoxia, Honggui and other volunteers served food for about 350 guests.

• We are glad that Dr Wang is awarded the 2006 APS Syngenta Award and Venu, Chat, and ChanHo have their birthday this month (April 2006).

• Dr Kurdev Khush, an international distinguished rice breeder, visited Ohio State on March 20, 2006. Dr Khush is the receiver of World Food Prize (1996), the Wolf Prize for Agriculture (2000) and the Japan Prize (1987).We appreciate him for meeting the whole lab.
